GUARANTEE

All Items are believed to be original, that is made at the time stated. Should a customer not agree with the description of an item purchased it may be returned, as stated below.

ORDERING

Items are sold to the first customer whose order is received after publication. Items may be reserved by telephone, or in writing by Fax, E-mail, or Letter. Payment with order may be made by cheque, cash, postal order. VISA or Master Card. OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS, PLEASE MAKE CHEQUES AND CASHIERS' CHEQUES PAYABLE IN POUNDS STERLING.

CREDIT CARDS

We accept credit cards displaying Master Cards or VISA symbols. Customers, both UK amd overseas, may give their order by telephone. PLEASE NOTE THAT THOSE CUSTOMERS WISHING TO PAY BY CREDIT CARD MUST FIRST CONFIRM THEIR ORDER AND CREDIT CARD DETAILS IN WRITING - THIS MAY BE DONE BY FAX OR E-MAIL. A 3% charge will be added to the total amount on the credit card sales to cover charges made by our credit card company.

UK POSTAGE CHARGES

For small items such as medals, badges, insignia and similar weight items, please add £4 to your order. Heavier pieces such as uniforms, helmets, etc. please add £8. Should you require registered post, insurance, etc. please include payment for this. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALAN BEADLE ANTIQUE ARMS AND MILITARIA IS NOT LIABLE FOR LOSS IN THE POST OF ITEMS WHICH ARE NOT SENT BY INSURED OR REGISTERED POST.

OVERSEAS POSTAGE CHARGES

For air mail please add £8 for small items and £20 for larger items. Should the postage exceed £20 you will be informed of the additional cost. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALAN BEADLE ANTIQUE ARMS AND MILITARIA IS NOT LIABLE FOR LOSS IN THE POST OF ITEMS WHICH ARE NOT SENT BY INSURED OR REGISTERED POST.

RETURN PRIVILEGE, UK AND OVERSEAS

Customers should inform us within 7 days of receipt of goods, by telephone, Fax, e-mail or letter giving a full and reasonable explanation, if the goods supplied are not completely to their satisfaction. The item(s) must be returned within 14 days of receipt in the same condition as supplied. After this period the sale will be considered final. If items have been disassembled or otherwise tampered with a refund will be refused. Should an item be offered for sale to a third party no refund will be made.

UNIFORMS AND FOOTWEAR ARE SOLD AS COLLECTORS ITEMS ONLY AND NOT ON A SIZE BASIS. UNLESS AN EXACT SIZE HAS BEEN SPECIFIED IN WRITING BY THE PURCHASER AND CONFIRMED BY US, ITEMS MAY NOT BE RETURNED FOR REASONS OF SIZE.
